Lois "Virginia" Lawrence, age 79, a native of Starkville, Mississippi and a resident of Daphne, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017 with her family at her side.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald E. Lawrence.
Virginia is survived by her four daughters, Pam Walters of Aberdeen, Mississippi, Sheri Lawrence of Daphne, Alabama, Deon (Charles) Ard of Sioux City, Iowa, Melissa (Christ) Coumanis of Magnolia Springs, Alabama; six grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a host of other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Monday, Feb. 27, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Malbis Memorial Church.
The family will receive friends from 10 a.m. until time of service.
Graveside services will be held Tuesday, Feb. 28, 2017 at 11 a.m. at Nile Cemetery in Nile, Mississippi.
