BAY MINETTE, Alabama — The Heritage Junior Women's Club continued its long-standing support of the Bay Minette Public Library with a $1,000 donation to the Summer Reading Program, an annual contribution that spans decades.
Library Director Joanna Bailey said HJWC has been a blessing to the library and to this popular summer enrichment program.
“Our Summer Reading Program has grown tremendously over the years, and the Heritage Junior Women’s Club support has been instrumental in that growth,” she said. “Their commitment to the community and the library in particular is a testament to how much the members care about children and literacy. Thank you HJWC for being so supportive of the library!”
