The Hacker’s Amateur Golf Tour, billed as “The Tour with the Average Guy in Mind,” is a Florida based tour. It began in 1996 as the Southern Golf Amateur Tour and played its first event at the Peninsula GC near Gulf Shores in Perdido Key. It later became the Casino Magic Amateur Tour before evolving into its current moniker in 2000.
The Tour hosts eleven events a year covering three states. Upcoming competitions in July and August include: Scenic Hills CC in Pensacola on July 6-7, and Cypress Bend at Craft Farms in Gulf Shores August 3-4.
If you are a talented amateur, love to compete, and think you’ve got game, the Hacker’s Tour is for you.
