A New Twist on Doctor Who Day

Posted

FOLEY - The Foley Public Library will sponsor a “Doctor Who Day” on Sat., Nov. 23, 9 a.m. - noon. Attendees are encouraged to dress in costume – either their favorite Doctor or their favorite villain – and join the library for a morning of fun!

Prizes will be given to all those who show up in costume (while supplies last) and free bookmarks, stickers, coloring pages, and puzzles pages will be handed out. The library will also have photo opportunities with the TARDIS, the 10th & 11th Doctors, and K-9. Have your photo taken by library staff to be placed on the library’s Facebook page and/or website.

A new twist this year is the “Who Am I?” spinning wheel. Come in and spin to see if you can name the villain. All correct answers will win a small edible prize.

Please join the library for a morning of Doctor Who celebrations. For more information, please check out the library’s website at www.foleylibrary.org or call the library at 251-943-7665. You can also check the library’s Facebook page, Instagram, and Twitter.
