Bellator Real Estate & Development announces the acquisition of Triple Option Properties LLC of Foley, Alabama. The acquisition will support the growth of Bellator’s commercial and residential sales throughout Baldwin County and surrounding areas.
Frank Malone, real estate broker at Bellator Gulf Shores stated, “Triple Option Properties is a young but successful company led by owner and agent Brad Chambers. In Brad, we see growth opportunity and advancement in terms of additional commercial and residential listings for Bellator.”
The Triple Option Properties team will immediately transition to new locations. Brad Chambers (REALTOR®) and Norman James Jr. (REALTOR®) will join Malone and the agents at Bellator’s Gulf Shores location.
