In his retirement years he was active with remodeling homes, woodworking, FISHING, telling fishing stories, and was involved with the Silverhill Covenant Church and enjoyed Alabama football.
He was a wonderful dad, grandfather, husband and friend. He enjoyed nature, hunting, fishing, feeding his birds, gardening and sitting in the sunshine.
