Fran Lombard, age 93, resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018.
Fran was a U.S. Army veteran and retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He was a volunteer at The Haven for Animals and a lifelong Boston Bruins hockey fan.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Paula Frances Lombard.
He is survived by his daughter, Linda (Harold) Chadourne of Fairhope, Alabama; son, Robert Francis (Suzann) Lombard of Seattle, Washington; brother, Charles Russell Lombard of Clearwater, Florida; grandchildren, Michelle (Kade), James (Christina), Sara (Michael) and Chad; eight great-grandchildren; his beloved cats, Seamus, Toodles, Snickers and Bubba; other loving family and friends.
A celebration of Mr. Lombard's life will be held at a later date.
