Frank Ross McGinnis Sr., age 87, a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 30, 2018.
He was a retired U.S. Air Force veteran.
He was preceded in death by a grandson, Michael McGinnis; and a daughter-in-law, Nancy McGinnis.
His survivors include his wife of 68 years, Mary E. McGinnis of Fairhope; daughter, Alma K. Brooks (Robbie) of LaGrange, Georgia; sons, Frank R. McGinnis Jr. (Gerri) of Greenville, Alabama and David R. McGinnis of Opelika, Alabama; nine grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; many other loving relatives and friends.
A celebration of Mr. McGinnis' life will be held Saturday, Nov. 3, 2018 at 2 p.m. at Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope.
Visitation will begin at 1 p.m. until time of service.
