FOLEY - Orville W. Johnson Jr. LPC of Next Chapter Counseling would like to invite all interested parties to a free one-hour workshop on grief. This workshop will take place Dec. 12 at 6pm. Location to be announced based on participation.

Those who attend will be able to identify the differences between uncomplicated and complicated grief. They will leave with at least two helpful coping skills to reduce grief and to think differently about their future. They will have opportunity to describe what activities they would like to see in a local grief recovery group.

This workshop is the introduction to the 8-week Grief Recovery Group beginning in Jan. 2018.

Orville is a Masters Level Licensed Professional Counselor in private practice in Foley. He holds certificates in Stress and Trauma Care with Military Application, Relapse Prevention and is a certified Gambling Addictions Counselor. His primary focus is marriage and couples, mood disorders (depression, anxiety), substance abuse, gambling addiction and Grief Therapy.
