Helen Marie Morris, age 87, a native of Mississippi and a resident of Foley, Alabama, passed away on Sunday, Oct. 1, 2017 at a local hospital.
She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Walter E. Morris of Foley, Alabama; one daughter, Alice Faye (Allan) Miller of Buffalo, Missouri; four sons, David R. (Linda) Morris of Leroy, Alabama, Walter H. (Sue) Morris of St. Louis, Missouri, Jimmy W. (Jenny) Cunningham of Raymond, Washington and Tony Cunningham of Lillian, Alabama; one sister, Dorothy Simmons of Greenville, Missouri; brother and sister-in-law, Floyd and Ella Morris of Eads, Tennessee; five grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, Oct. 4, 2017 at 2 p.m. at the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Foley.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 1 p.m. until time of the service.
Interment will follow at Pine Rest Memorial Park.
