Huey Bertsil Boothe Jr., age 62, a resident of Elberta, Alabama, passed away Wednesday, April 25, 2018.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran, an avid fisherman, outdoorsman, and loved Alabama football. Huey enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
He is survived by his sisters, Elizabeth Vanta of Niceville, Florida, Melinda Treubig of Foley and Cynthia A. Boothe of Fairhope; nieces, nephews, many other loving relatives and friends.
A celebration of Huey's life will be held Wednesday, May 2, 2018 at 11 a.m. in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to service time.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to First Baptist Church Fairhope Building Fund for Children's Wing.
