Impact 100 Baldwin County has announced the ten nonprofit organizations that have been selected as its 2018 grant finalists. Five of the finalists will receive a $91,000 grant at Impact 100 Baldwin County’s annual meeting on Nov. 1.

The ten finalists were selected from more than 40 applications reviewed by Impact 100’s focus groups. Barbara Levitt, Grants Chair, said that this year’s applications were extremely competitive.

“The quality of this year’s applications was exceptional and focus group members had to make many tough decisions,” Levitt said. “We received so many outstanding applications, it was challenging to narrow the field down to the ten finalists. We’d like to thank each of this year’s applicants. It was inspiring to see how hard each and every one of the organizations we visited is working to make Baldwin County an even better place to live.”
