Olivia Hornsby Kettler, age 76, a native of Centreville, Alabama and a resident of Fairhope, Alabama, passed away Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2018.
She was a beautiful, sweet, loving mother and grandmother. She had a spirit about her that was gracious and kind. Her presence will be deeply missed.
She was preceded in death by a son, C. Joseph Kettler III; and former husband, Charles J. Kettler Jr.
Her survivors include her daughter, Marie Kettler Green (Kevin) of Point Clear, Alabama; grandchildren, Alexander Green and Virginia Green; sister, Emily Hornsby Bowman of Centreville, Alabama; brother, Claude Hornsby (Tanita) of Texas; other loving relatives and friends.
Funeral services will be held Friday, Oct. 5, 2018, at 12 p.m. at Fairhope United Methodist Church.
The family will begin receiving friends at 10:30 a.m. until service time.
Graveside services will be held Saturday, Oct. 6, 2018, at 12 p.m. at Pineland Cemetery in Centreville, Alabama.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Helmets for Christ at P.O. Box 752 Centreville, AL 35042.
