Orange Beach Police apprehend strong-arm robbery suspect

Orange Beach Police Department responded to a strong-arm robbery at Publix Pharmacy Thursday, Jan. 23, around 10 a.m.

The suspect, Robert Lee Stinson, pushed his way into the pharmacy area stealing medication before fleeing from the store. He led officers on a foot chase before he was apprehended. No one was badly injured.

Stinson was charged with robbery in third degree, three counts of unlawful possession of controlled substance, eluding police and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia.
