Pam Wade named Employee of the Year in Bay Minette

BAY MINETTE, Alabama — The City of Bay Minette recently held its annual Employee Recognition Luncheon. This serves as a time to award the Employee of the Year and service pins to those who have hit benchmark anniversaries.
Pam Wade, revenue officer, was named the Employee of the Year for 2019. She has been employed with the city for four years and was recognized for being a “team player who works hard and is always willing to go the extra mile.”
Service pins recipients included:
Five years: Heather Ford, Andrew Augustine, George Singleton and Mikki Bjuro.
10 years: Christina Salter.
15 years: Joanna Bailey.
20 years: Toni Crook.
35 years: Murray Stewart.
Following the lunch and awards, employees took part in bowling, pool and corn hole tournaments at Strike City Lanes, which is part of the Bay Minette Recreation Center.
Travis Brown and Jeff Sellers won the pool tournament. Bowling team winners included Isaac Austin, Ronnie McDill, Courtney Tyree and Candace Harper. Blake Clark and Nick Hadley won the corn hole tournament.
