PenAir temporarily closes Robertsdale location

ROBERTSDALE, Alabama — PenAir Federal Credit Union has announced the temporary closure of its Robertsdale location at 21511 Alabama 59 due to potential COVID-19 exposure.

“We’re reaching out to you today, out of an abundance of caution and respect, to make you aware that our Robertsdale location and drive-thru lanes will be temporarily closed on Thursday and Friday, July 30 and 31 due to potential COVID-19 exposure,” according to an announcement posted on PenAir.org Thursday.

“We are following the strict guidelines of the CDC, local and state government, and implementing an extreme deep clean and fumigation of our Robertsdale location.”

The Robertsdale drive-thru will reopen on Saturday, Aug. 1 and the lobby will reopen for appointments only on Monday, Aug. 3, according to the release.

In the meantime, customers are directed to use the drive-thru lanes at the Eastern Shore location, 10010 Eastern Shore Blvd., Spanish Fort, and the Foley location, 1301 S. McKenzie St., locations, open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

Customers are also encouraged to use PenAir’s digital services, including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Mobile Check Deposit whenever possible. For more information visit penair.org/Access.

Customers who need to make an appointment for special banking services that cannot be handled in the drive thru or through the use digital tools are asked to call the Member Service Center at 850-505-3200 to schedule an appointment at one of PenAir’s open lobbies. Appointments are available Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
