PERDIDO, Alabama — Members of Perdido Middle School’s Scholars Bowl team are off to as great start, winning all three of their first three matches.

The first meet for competitions was on held of Jan. 23, with Perdido traveling to Bay Minette Middle, where they competed against; Bay Minette, Central Baldwin and Gulf Shores.

Members of the team are eighth graders Jackson Reid, Natalee Presley and Damian Singleton; seventh graders Zach Coleman, Nathan Garner and Luke McIntyre.

Perdido won all three of its matches, defeating Bay Minette 195-130, Central Baldwin 140-95 and Gulf Shores 215-35.

Perdido traveled to Summerdale Feb. 6, for their second meet.
