GULF SHORES, AL – A 71-year-old man was arrested by Gulf Shores Police on Oct. 12 on a sexual abuse first degree charge.

Tracy Page Blackwell, who has an Oak Road address in Gulf Shores, is in the Baldwin County Correctional Facility being held without bond.

“The victim is under 18 so I can't release much more,” Sgt. Jason Woodruff said. “Our investigation began weeks ago culminating with his arrest this week.”
