MOBILE, Ala. - The America South Football Alliance membership will gather for its Inaugural meeting next week at the Wingate by Wydham Hotel in Mobile. League Leadership, Directors, Coaches, and Staff of the America South Football Alliance 16 teams, will attend the meeting on Saturday, Nov. 10, 2018.

“I expect our meetings with our league staff, directors, and coaches to be very productive, as we are laying the ground work for something great for our athletes and communities” said ASFA President Gary Johnson.

This meeting will be the foundation meeting of the league as the league prepare to hit the field in January of 2019 with team tryouts. The league will kick off official play in April of 2020. Many items of business are expected to be discussed and finalized during this one-day meeting; along with team inaugural schedule release, conference and division announcement, finalizing home field locations, along with so much more. The public will be able to meet all the staff and coaches, and will also have a chance to hear from all 16 head coaches as the league will have an introduction session beginning at 3:00pm.
