The amazing voices of ChoRuss, the conservatory trained quartet from Russia, will once again be in concert at Gulf Shores United Methodist Church Dec. 1 at 7 p.m.

If you missed the previous concerts, this will be a wonderful opportunity to hear these beautiful voices on their fourth visit to the U.S. and Gulf Shores. according to

"Their concerts include a wide variety of traditional Orthodox Christian works as well as classical, folk melodies and Christmas songs. It's always a thrill for us to hear their rendition of the beautiful 'Silent Night' in Russian," said Cody Johnson, Gulf Shores United Methodist Church Worship Arts Director.

Established in 2012, ChoRuss has traveled extensively through Europe as well as the U.S. Their artistic director, Dmitri Petrov, has worked with several outstanding Russian conductors. All the quartet members are professional singers and teachers at the St. Petersburg Russian conservatory.

There is no charge for the concert; however, a love offering will be taken. Reserved seating will be available for concert season sponsors.
