The Wharf announces fun Fall events for October

Posted

Throughout October, The Wharf at Orange Beach will host a variety of new and well-known events including Cocktails and Canvases, Girls’ Night Out, Tailgate Toss and Hall-O-Week.

“We are excited to announce our newest weeklong event — Hall-O-Week — and are looking forward to welcoming families on-site for fun, socially distant Halloween-related activities,” said Sheena Mizell, marketing + public relations director at The Wharf. “There is something for everyone happening this Fall, and we invite both visitors and locals to join us as we kick-off and celebrate the season.”

Activities include:

Cocktails and Canvases with Paint Art Live

Thursdays in October and November | 6-8 p.m.

When I dip, you dip, we sip. (Our cocktails and paint brushes, of course.) Join us each Thursday night for Cocktails and Canvases hosted by Paint Art Live. It is the ultimate paint party with different, colorful themes each week on a 16x20 gallery-wrapped canvas. Come early to grab yourself a drink (21+) to sip while painting your autumn masterpiece, and we will provide the rest. This event does have a minimum age requirement of 16, and you must be 21 or older with a valid ID to purchase and partake in alcoholic beverages.

Totally 80s Girl’s Night Out

Oct. 15 | 5 p.m. – 9 p.m.

Get ready for a blast from the past. This means it is time to pull those hair crimpers from storage and join us for the Totally 80s Girls' Night Out at The Wharf complete with exclusive deals, food, beverages and prizes aplenty. We’re giving you an excuse to dress up with friends and indulge in a little retail therapy, all while benefiting the Baldwin County Child Advocacy Center. Like, duh, who wouldn’t want to attend? We couldn’t do it without your help and the help of our great sponsor, the South Baldwin Regional Medical Center Women’s Imaging Center. Be sure to stop by Seaside Shoes + SWIM to register for the giveaways and pick up your deal card. Each GNO participant that registers will be up for a door prize giveaway from The Wharf, and for every $25 customers spend at The Wharf during the event they will gain an extra entry into the giveaway drawing. Bring receipts to turn in at Seaside Shoes + SWIM. Winners will be notified the following day via a livestream video at Facebook.com/alwharf.
