The 51st Annual Trim A Tree event will open at Tanger Outlets on Nov. 9 and will run through Dec. 23. The store is open Monday – Saturday 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Sunday 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. This year, Trim A Tree will be located in Suite 182 next to Zumiez, with 3,800 square feet of floor space, making this year’s event larger than in 2017.

Trim A Tree is your one-stop-shop for unique, one of a kind, hand-crafted ornaments, decorations, and gifts for the holidays. Featuring over 150 local artists and craftsmen, items for sale include ornaments, florals, wood carvings, stain glass, fused glass mosaics, textiles, driftwood trees, quilts, rugs, and jewelry. Items are perfect for presents to loved ones and also treats for yourself.

The merchandise is all sold on consignment, and the artists featured are members of the non-profit Foley Art Center. Profits help support local artists, as well as giving the opportunity to find personal, hand-crafted items. The Art Center keeps 25% to pay employees, rent, and expenses, and the rest goes directly to the artist or craftsman.

For more information, you can call the Foley Art Center at 251-943-4381, or check them out on Facebook.
