Mrs. Zerlean Ivey Allegri, born in Red Level, Alabama and longtime resident of Fairhope, passed away, Sunday, Feb. 2, 2020 with her family by her side.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vincent J. Allegri Jr.

Anyone who knew Zerlean knew she loved her family and worked very hard to provide for them. She worked at the Vanity Fair Mill in Robertsdale for many years, but loved working on the family farm and later at the Allegri Farm Market.

Zerlean found her greatest joy in her devotion to her family. She is survived by her four children, Vincent J. Allegri III and Susan (Steve) McClure, both of Fairhope, Dyane (Spence) Bonjean of Santa Rosa Beach, Florida and Lynn (Dean) Hall of Foley, Alabama. She is also survived by her beloved grandchildren, Chesley Allegri, Devan Watkins and Christian McClure; and precious great-grandson, Jay Watkins.

The family asks that you celebrate Zerlean's life with fond memories and by showing love and kindness to others.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Fairhope United Methodist Church, 155 S. Section St., Fairhope, AL 36532, or to the charitable organization of your choice.

Arrangements are by Hughes Funeral Home & Crematory, 26209 Pollard Road, Daphne, AL.
