The South Baldwin Chamber of Commerce (SBCC) is hosting a Job Fair on Sept. 15, from 9 a.m. - 12 p.m., then 1 - 3 p.m., at the Foley Civic Center. The Job Fair is for local businesses needing part-time and full-time employees. The SBCC has partnered with Southwest Alabama Workforce Development Council (SAWDC) and the Foley Career Center to expand the promotion of this event to reach as many potential employees as possible.

At one location, in one day, a job seeker can potentially meet their new employer and be hired on the spot. A few businesses that will be participating include American Thrift Stores, Direct Auto Insurance, Long’s Human Resource Services, OWA, Craft Farms Golf Resort, Homecare Companions, Waffle House, Meyer Vacation Rentals and more.

Job seekers are encouraged to arrive anytime with resumes in hand and ready to walk away with a new job!
