Betty was born March 22, 1927, to Samuel Christian Coulon and Anne Elizabeth Coulon in London, England. She will be remembered lovingly for her mild temperament, kindness and love of family and captivating British sense of humor. She was an avid reader, loved tea time, dancing and quilting. Betty was preceded by her husband, Retired Lt. Colonel Virgil (Toby) Turgeau, a career military, World War II pilot and Air Force Academy instructor; by her brother Michael Coulon; and by her sister Christine Coulon Baker. She leaves behind her children, Steve Turgeau (Marcia) and Jennifer Strachan (Greg); grandchildren, Jessica Kelley (Christopher), Eric Turgeau (Leighann), Kyle Strachan and Jill Strachan Weiland (Cooper); five great grandchildren, Steven Kain Robbins, Allison Kelley, Meredith Kelley, Mary Allyn Kelley, Chloe Turgeau, Bella Marcal, numerous nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
