James "Jim" Robert Fell passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019 in Piedmont, South Carolina at the age of 79.
Jimmy was born in Detroit Michigan, but grew up in Foley, Alabama.
He is survived by a wife, Ann Fell; a daughter, Michele Newton; and two grandsons, Drew and Andre Newton.
