JoAnn Mills, 86, a resident of Bay Minette, Alabama, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 22, 2021. A Memorial Mass will be held in JoAnn’s honor at St. Agatha’s Catholic Church in Bay Minette on Oct. 23 at 11 a.m. with a celebration of her life to follow.
