Kenneth “Ken” Zachary Daniels, 88, a resident of Gulf Shores, Ala., passed away on Friday, Aug. 27.
Ken was a veteran of the United States Air Force. He worked as a real estate broker in Tupelo, Mississippi, and Gulf Shores after his retirement. He was a member and served as a deacon at First Baptist Gulf Shores.
He is survived by his wife of 67 years, Alma Louise Daniels of Gulf Shores; children, Ken Z. (Donna) Daniels, Jr. of Foley, Deborah Snyder, of Summerdale, and Susan D. Kelly of Foley; sisters, Sally Perkins of Hattiesburg, Miss., and Gail Cox of Jackson, Miss.; brothers, Thomas Daniels of Gulfport, Miss., Warren Daniels of Tupelo, Miss., and Ronnie Daniels of Greenville, Miss.; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
The family received friends at 10 a.m., Thursday, Sept. 2, at First Baptist Gulf Shores. A funeral service followed at 11 a.m.
Interment followed at Pine Rest Memorial Park in Foley.
