William Donald “Donnie” Mixson, a lifelong resident of Fairhope, passed away Fri., Dec. 1, 2023, at the age of 67. Preceding him in death was his wife, Garril. He is survived by his children, Melissa Mixson of Mobile, Samantha (Jay) Cook of Pensacola, Kelly Cramer of Fairhope and Jacob Mixson, also of Fairhope; ten grandchildren; sisters, Donna Davis of Seminole, Alabama and Jeanne Halfield of Loxley; brothers, Randy (Debbie) Mixson of Marlow, Alabama, Robin (Theresa) Mixson of Mobile, Alabama, Ricky (Loveda) Mixson of Pace, Florida, Ronnie (Stacey) Mixson of Marlow, Alabama and Mark (Loretta) Mixson of Robertsdale, Alabama, and many other loving relatives and friends. A Celebration of Donnie’s life was held Wed., Dec. 6, 2023, at 11:00 am in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home, Fairhope. The visitation began at 10:00 am.
