Stillman DePauw Knight, Jr., 74, a resident of Orange Beach, Alabama passed away on Monday, Oct. 11, 2021.
Stillman was a member at Holy Spirit Episcopal where he was ordained as a Cursillo. He was a member of the Home Builders National, State, and Local levels. He was appointed Deputy Assistant Secretary for Multifamily in the Office of Federal Housing Administration in 2003. Stillman was also a member of the Knights of Ecor Rouge and had just earned his Captain’s License.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Stilllman and Woodie Knight, Sr. and grandson, Tucker Isbill.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mary A. Knight of Orange Beach; Stillman D. Knight III of Mobile, and Liles Knight (Ben) Johnson of Carrollton, Georgia; six grandchildren Blakelee Isbill, Olivia Grace Isbill, Hugh Johnson, Mary Lyon, Jeremy Lyon, and Tyler Lyon.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 16, 2021 at 11 a.m. at Holy Spirit Episcopal in Gulf Shores, Alabama. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service.
Interment to follow at Montrose Cemetery.
