Elouise Roush Chapman, age 83, a resident of Fairhope, passed away Tuesday, March 16, 2021. She received her bachelor’s degree at AL. Polytechnic Institute and her Master of Education degree at University of South Alabama .She was a founding member of St. Stephen’s Charismatic Episcopal Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phil Chapman; son, Richard Scot Chapman; granddaughter, Zoe Eloise Walsh. Mrs. Chapman is survived by her son, Alan Daniel of New Orleans, LA; daughter, Paige Chapman Walsh (Ted) of Fairhope; grandchildren, Erin Lindsay Chapman, Jonathan Andrew Chapman, Daniel McCrae Chapman, Madeline Anne Walsh, Lydia Hope Walsh; nephew, Chris Roush; niece, Cathy Tarallo; sister-in-law, Carol Roush of Atlanta, GA; other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held Saturday, March 20, 2021, at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel of Wolfe-Bayview Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm. Interment will follow at Memory Gardens of Fairhope. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ecumenical Ministries.
