Kristina Angelone-Pittman appointed executive director of North Baldwin Chamber


BAY MINETTE, Alabama — After a few years of being away, Kristina Angelone-Pittman is returning home to the North Baldwin Chamber of Commerce as executive director. 

Tripp Ward, Chairman of the Board, said “the chamber community, as well as the board of directors, is honored to have Kris back and taking the reins. She was a vital asset to our Chamber while she was on the team, and we are ecstatic that she is back with us. She brings a wealth of knowledge, as well as that warm smile and hug that we all know her for.” 

Angelone-Pittman had previously worked at the Chamber as coordinator of Special Events & Projects.

“Her talents and skills are bringing a new energy back to the Chamber as her focus will be on enhancing business and community events to serve the North Baldwin area, as well as maintaining Chamber membership and increasing business-focused programs,” according to a release issued Monday, July 26 by the Chamber.

Angelone-Pittman has a degree in communications and has spent more than 20 years in the event industry. A native of South Florida, she moved to Bay Minette in 2013 and started working with the Chamber as a volunteer.

In her previous role, she managed membership, Networking @ Noon, Christmas Fest, First Friday Family Fun Night, Market Days, Veteran’s Day and worked closely with other events such as Crawfish Bash, Delta Dash and Annual Meeting. She also helped to establish Ladies Night Out and Clean Up Bay Minette with the city and Lions Club, where she served as president.

She is a graduate of Leadership Baldwin County and Dale Carnegie. Angelone-Pittman has held several board positions for other organizations that include Read Aloud Bay Minette and Community Action Agency Policy Council.

More recently she served as coordinator of Community Programs & Support for North Baldwin Infirmary where she had oversight of the hospital’s Foundation, auxiliary volunteers, Human Resources and served as their community liaison.
