Beta Chi Sigma initiated its 2024 Workshop Series with a session led by Dione Bryant Williams, centered on the theme "Goal Setting and Decision Making."

Williams, an Inner Wellness Coach, shared her personal journey and insights, emphasizing the significance of ambitious aspirations and dedicated effort in attaining success. The workshop guided participants through the formulation of SMART goals, and each member departed with a personalized goal-setting plan.

Williams, also a published author of "Mirror Mirror: Healing from the Inside Out" and the proprietor of The C3 Experience in Spanish Fort, specializes in empowering women through her coaching.

Beta Chi Sigma, established in 2019 on the Baldwin County High School campus by Kayland Lamar and Norleisha Lewis, stands as an esteemed service organization. Rooted in the principles of C.L.A.S.S. (Character, Leadership, Attitude, Sisterhood and Scholarship), the organization's mission is to foster positive interactions among young ladies who exemplify excellence in leadership, social and cultural awareness, character development, sisterly relations and academic achievements.
