In a significant move within the vacation rental management sector on the Alabama Gulf Coast, Beachball Properties announced today, March 13, the acquisition of Simpson Properties Group's rental portfolio according to a news release.

The transaction marks the coming together of two prominent vacation rental management entities with complementary portfolios and capabilities.

The acquisition will see Beachball Properties adding approximately 40 premier beachfront accommodations to its existing portfolio. Like Beachball Properties, Simpson Properties Group has emphasized locally owned and operated facilities and outstanding customer service for guests and homeowners. From their Orange Beach office, SPG will continue to represent buyers and sellers in real estate transactions in Alabama and Florida.

Commenting on the acquisition, Pat Simpson, co-owner of SPG with his wife Claudia Simpson, expressed confidence in the alignment of values between the two entities.
