BMES teaches students against bullying

Posted

Corporal Jeff Spaller, with the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, recently visited Bay Minette Elementary School students in Vickie Liles’ large group counseling classes to teach them about bullying. BMES educates students about bullying throughout the school year, especially during large group counseling classes. Bringing in our partners in education, like the Baldwin County Sheriff’s Office, allows our students to hear the message in different and exciting ways. Our hope is that through all of us working together and presenting the information in various ways, our students will think about what they have learned and will make a conscious decision to treat others kindly.
