The Light in the Darkness Suicide Awareness Walk will be held 7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 21, at Kids Park in Bay Minette. Donations will be accepted for luminaries to be placed in memory of those who have been lost to suicide. All proceeds go to the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. This event is a collaborative effort between the City of Bay Minette and the BCHS National Honor Society, Peer Helpers and Student Council. The Kids Park is located at 303 McMillan Ave., Bay Minette.
