Their performance not only secured their victory but also earned them a paid bid to the highly anticipated Battle of the Bayou in December 2023.

During the competition, the Robertsdale cheerleaders showcased their talent, dedication and teamwork. In addition to the overall victory, several cheerleaders were honored with specialized awards.

The entire squad of five seniors, Matalyne Kroll, Chloe Hopper, Karsyn Bodle, Morgan Kroll and Kenzie Kostelecky, brought home the title of All-American. Along with the seniors, JV cheerleaders Emme Kate Lynn, Adalyn Lyles and Ava Claire were also named All-American.

The squad's success extended beyond individual accolades. They also received a safety award, highlighting their commitment to maintaining a high level of safety throughout their routines. The Robertsdale cheerleaders were awarded multiple spirit sticks, a testament to their enthusiasm and exceptional spirit during the camp.

Head coach Harville expressed pride in her team's accomplishments, recognizing their hard work and dedication."All of these kids work very hard," she said. Their rigorous training included frequent practices and specialized coaching at Eastern Shore Cheer.
