Shoe Station to open select locations for pick up orders

Posted

Southeastern chain Shoe Station is offering store pick up at select retail locations. In response to evolving consumer demand, this measure will enable customers to be served while the COVID-19 situation continues.

Each Monday-Saturday, from 10AM - 4PM, customers may call select locations to place an order and to pick up at the respective location. Every location except the Albany, GA store will be open. A sales associate will greet each customer at the door with their order, although the salesfloor itself is closed. As a precaution, there will be very limited contact and public-facing employees will wear gloves. For store phone numbers and addresses, visit www.shoestation.com/storelocator/.

"We recommend that customers visit ShoeStation.com and call their preferred location with the style. The customer will then be able to review the style and size in person prior to completing the transaction," stated Shoe Station president and CEO Brent Barkin.

The cardholder must be the one to pick up the order with a photo ID and the card they purchased the order with.

Orders placed during this time may not be returned or exchanged until Shoe Station locations are completely re-opened. Only credit cards or Shoe Station gift cards may be used as method of payment.

"We thank our loyal customers for their flexibility during this unique time, and will continue to keep everyone updated," said Barkin.
