Tim Kinsey to perform at Blakeley's Live Music in the Park

SPANISH FORT — Historic Blakeley State Park's popular Live Music in the Park series welcomes country music artist and songwriter Tim Kinsey back to the park Friday, April 14.

Once a month on a selected Friday throughout the spring, the park hosts an evening of family-friendly live performances and will have a food truck on hand from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Bring your chairs and blankets and enjoy an evening of music.

Kinsey has been playing music along the Gulf Coast for over 30 years. He has performed in venues like Bluegill, Felix's and the Flora-Bama. He specializes in traditional country music including favorites by performers such as Merle Haggard, George Jones, Willie Nelson, George Strait and Alan Jackson.

The Neon Grill food truck will be on-site serving nachos, quesadillas, loaded fries and desserts.

Admission to Live Music in the Park is $8 for adults and $4 for children ages 6-12, and children under 6 are free. For more information or to purchase tickets in advance, visit the events page at blakeleypark.com.
