Texting Codes for Senior Golfers

If you are a Baby Boomer or older, chances are that you don’t have a clue what your grandchildren are texting back and forth. It could be state secrets or a recipe for brownies. But there’s good news because a new STC (Senior Texting Code) has been invented so now all of us technically-challenged geezers have our own sneaky way to communicate that not even the smartest fifth-grader could crack; well, maybe.

Below you’ll find the new basic text codes just for seniors; enjoy.

ATD = At the Doctors

BFF = Best Friends Funeral

BTW = Bring the Wheelchair

BYOT = Bring your own teeth

CBM = Covered by Medicare

CUATSC = See you at the Senior Center

DWI = Driving While Incontinent

FWBB = Friend with Beta Blockers

FWIW = Forgot Where I Was

FYI = Found Your Insulin

GGPBL = Gotta Go, Pacemaker Battery Low

GHA = Got Heartburn Again

HGBM = Had Good Bowel Movement

IMHO = Is My Hearing Aid On?

LMDO = Laughing My Dentures Out

LOL = Living on Lipitor

LWO = Lawrence Welk’s On

OMMR = On My Massage Recliner

ROLF-CGU = Rolling on the Floor Laughing, Can’t Get Up

TFT = Texting from Toilet

TTYL = Talk to You Louder

WAITT = Who am I Talking To

WTFA = Wet the Furniture Again

WTP = Where’s the Prunes

TMP = Too Many Prunes

WWNO = Walker Wheels Need Oil

GGLKI = Gotta Go, Laxative Kicking In

Finally, a few abbreviations just for senior golfers:

WTPGFMC = Went to play golf, forgot my clubs

WTPGFMP = Went to play golf, forgot my pants

WTPGFMM = Went to play golf, forgot my mind

WTPGFMWW = Went to play golf, forgot my weed-wacker

WTPGFMMC = Went to play golf, forgot my Medicare card

WTPGFWIPTC = Went to play golf, forgot where I parked the cart
