Each student received a pair of new shoes due to proceeds from the first Race for Hope - organized by City Hope Church. The 2017 Race for Hope proceeds will go to support an India-based Christian organization that builds homes for single moms or widows in need of a home. For every $2500 raised, a home will be built.
